One paani puri vendor was mentally ill and urinated in the jug on his cart.


Now by beating other vendors without their fault makes them frustrated and out of frustration some may mix urine or semen in paani puri and marathi manoos will eat such paani puri.


MNS should have attacked those persons in ward offices of municipal corporation who are responsible


for allowing vendors to carry on with their trade.|||Its not that compulsory that if one bad fish is present in pond then to kill all other fishes too. Those vendors were those who fighting with poverty line %26amp; they came to those category which earn %26amp; eat daily.|||I would go against the health department.
