Why do NaCl & MnS have similar crystal structures?

Why do NaCl (Sodium Chloride) and MnS (Manganese Sulfide) have similar crystal structures? Chemically similar alkali metal chlorides NaCl and CsCl have different structures, but the chemically different NaCl %26amp; MnS have similiar crystal structures. Why is this?|||Because the ratio of "cation" to "anion" is 1:1 and the sizes of the "ions" are somewhat similar.

Cs and Cl are substantially different in size (Cs is much larger) and are packed differently than Na and Cl.|||because of their sizes in crystal lattices and energy
