Why is it that the hands position always shows a time of 10 hrs 8 mns in all Clock and Watch advertisements?

Two reasons. First, it prevents the hands from blocking the major features of the clock (the brand name, date function, etc...). The second reason (and I'm not making this up) is that it makes the hands look like a 'smile', which subconsciously makes people more inclined to view the product favourably.|||Well, my thought is that t shows off the watch hands and the face of the watch well.
