So,they can't charge them.|||Bal Thakery should have been put behind bars decades ago. His party is a menace to Maharashtra and India.





Now I feel that there is no need of a ban. The disintegration of Shiv Sena is in it's last lap. Bal Thakery is just like a dead snake. Now it is the Congress which is giving them the fodder. Though it makes some noises, the MNS has the tacit support of the Congress party. The government of Maharashtra did not perform its duty as an elected government when it silently watched the MNS and Shiv sainiks vandalised the properties of the people it does not like.
