I know they do timed runs periodicity was only wondering when the Final Test is. Also if I am running a mile in 10 mns and can do the push ups/ sit ups as the require for BMT Grad how ready am I scaled 1-10. 10 being BMT PT won't be a problem at all.|||A 10 minute mile is slow as hell. You can never do too many push-ups.
