I am 5'10 200 pounds. Chubby stomach. I would like a realistic time frame. I eat well 1500-1800 calories a day. I do ALOT of cardio 60-75 mns a day.|||Well you need to eat healthy well balanced meals. Try eating to where you're no longer hungry, not until you're full. Make sure to eat mostly vegetables, and drink plenty of water daily. When you eat, you need to have some protein in your meals as well. What do you do when you do cardio?
